Yeah, I played with the weighting of the taxonomy, I should put the game ones up higher. I'm in the process of aligning stuff properly still, so just bear with me there, I am trying to get the layout looking decent at all resolutions. I'm glad you like the new flagging, I'm trying to get things working better around here, thanks for the feedback.

Yeah, there were definitely some improvements, mainly with the problem tagging, but there were some bad things, too--I definitely do not like all the centering :(

The reply (and edit and delete) links are probably a bit more prominent now, but I kind of liked their nonchalance before...
The additional border that comes with the <div>s--at least that of those in nodes--makes it look like there was a <hr> used between each. Kind of ugly. (I'd also recommend less use of bold, especially in the categories/taxonomy/whatever it's called that runs across the tops of the nodes. As it is, it's quite easy for it to run into another line.)
